This Thursday (18th) we have a production company coming to film classes at the Shala for a feature on YOGA IN LONDON for a TV programme called Desi Beat. We will be offering two free classes at 6.30pm for those of you who would like to be a part of this. There will be a led Level 2 class and an additional Mysore class.
