Private Yoga Classes
We offer one-to-one private yoga classes at our studio with our teaching team from our beautiful, light airy South London yoga studio. This is the perfect opportunity if you are new to yoga and wish to have some individual guidance before joining group classes – or if you require more individual attention than a group setting will provide, due to injury or medical issues.

We offer private one-to-one yoga classes in our studio with our highly experienced teaching team.
Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group yoga classes, an ideal way for many people to begin their yoga journey and develop their personal practice is through private one-to-one yoga classes.
Private One-to-ones are also a great place to start if you have specific individual needs due to injury or other medical issues that will benefit from more individual guidance than you might get in a group class setting.
Here are some of the benefits of working privately with a member of our team.
From this an individual practice of postures and breathing will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for you. Things to consider might include general health, flexibility, and life circumstances.

- if you are a beginner, this is a good way to build confidence before joining a group class
- this can also pave the way for building a practice that you can do at home
- we provide a beautiful peaceful space which means you can really switch off from your work and home life

Private one-to-ones in the studio cost £65/hour payable in advance. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you would like to share your session with someone the session is £80 for two.
