At The Shala, we are deeply committed to creating a community centred on healing, inclusivity, and empowerment. In alignment with these values, The Shala and its affiliated training school, The Shala School of Yoga, work to promote diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility within the yoga community.

To help ensure finances are not a barrier to experiencing the benefits of yoga, we offer subsidized packages on a case-by-case basis. Our hope is that financial resources should not be a determining factor in whether someone can engage with yoga at our studio, and we hope to collectively create a space where yoga is accessible to all within our community.
