The benefits of yoga can be dramatic and profound for all ages but yoga is particularly invaluable for teenagers who are commonly faced with anxiety, stress and an ever changing emotional landscape. Yoga classes help to build self-confidence and offer a framework for teens to see positive shifts, without the pressure of needing to change. The classes provide a joyful space to ‘be’, to physically nurture the body and to learn tools for relaxation and meditation.
