Chair Yoga Teacher Training Course: Making Yoga Inclusive

For those passionate about spreading the transformative power of yoga, our Chair Yoga Teacher Training Course offers a unique opportunity. This training provides a creative perspective on utilizing a chair as an extension and support in yoga practice.  

The course structure is designed for accessibility, recognizing the diverse needs of individuals. The content is delivered through a full day of interactive learning, either in-studio on March 9 or via a Virtual Livestream on March 10 in addition to a library of recorded content accessible for three months, allowing participants to learn at their own pace.  

Whether taken as a stand-alone CPD course or as part of our Yoga Alliance accredited 300-hour yoga teacher training programme, this training equips teachers with innovative skills and ideas. The emphasis is on making yoga enjoyable and accessible for all, irrespective of age, physical condition, or lifestyle.
