Join us for a different kind of Friday night.

Our Friday Alternative Night Out series is your invitation to wind down the week in a way that feels positive — not just in the moment, but in a way that will set you up to make the most of your weekend.

Each Friday offers something a little different: from grounding breathwork and soulful women’s circles, to yoga for men, sound journeys, somatic movement, and deeply restorative sessions combining meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.

Think of it as a reset with the focus on YOU.

Instead of noise, you’ll find quiet. . . 
Instead of small talk, meaningful connection. . . 
Instead of draining your energy, you’ll fill your cup.

There’s usually time to share tea, snacks, and conversation — or just be.

Come as you are. Leave nourished and more connected to self and others.

Our Women's Circle...

December Solstice Circle | Return to the Light

Our final circle of the year falls at the turning of the seasons — the Winter Solstice.

Together, we’ll honour the darkness as a place of wisdom and welcome the quiet return of light.

For this evening, yoga leggings are not required 🙂.

This night isn’t about movement – it’s about meaningful connection. Running once a month, our Women’s Circle offers a space for women to gather, speak freely, be present and held in community. 

This is not a “class” or “workshop” – it’s a sacred pause. A chance to come home to yourself and be witnessed in your truth. 

What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. All you need is an open heart, an open mind and respect for those who sit beside you. 

This Evening Includes:

  • Guided arrival meditation or relaxation – to settle into stillness and shift from the week into presence
  • Opening reflection to introduce the evening’s theme
  • Gentle pranayama or breath awareness to support nervous system release
  • Women’s sharing circle – a safe, confidential space for honest conversation and deep listening
  • Optional journaling prompts for quiet reflection between shares
  • Moments of silence, breath, or gentle sound to anchor and integrate
  • Tea, Cacao & Snacks


What to Expect:

  • A confidential, centred space for open sharing and active listening
  • Authentic and honest conversations about anything you feel called to speak – joy, challenge, change, hormones or simply what’s alive in you 
  • Supportive community with other women in a circle of mutual respect
  • This evening is a mindful, organic one that may include some meditation, visualisation, breathwork and journalling
  • Gentle facilitation rooted in Daniela’s integrative, soul-centred coaching approach

Life & Leadership Coach, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher

Daniela is the Shala’s Studio Director and trained Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, an EMCC Global accredited Integrative Transformational Coach grounded in Psychosynthesis, actor, voice over actor, and a Mental Health First Aider. What inspires her is seeing the beauty and potential emerge in those she works with in whatever capacity that is.

With over a decade of experience in holding space for personal growth and healing, Daniela brings a unique blend of embodied presence, holistic awareness and what she lovingly calls “therapy-lite” – a compassionate, holistic and non-clinical approach to self-discovery and transformation. Her work weaves together coaching, breath, sound, meditation and energy work to guide people back to their wholeness.
