Somatic Yoga is a mindful and therapeutic approach to yoga that focuses on the connection between body and mind, specifically through awareness of internal sensations and movement. It emphasizes gentle, slow, and conscious movements to help individuals reconnect with their body and its natural patterns of movement. The term “somatic” comes from the Greek word soma, meaning body, and refers to a body-centred approach to healing and awareness.

Yoga Integration

This class is a harmonious exploration of movement, breath, and stillness through gentle asanas and flowing sequences to discover the profound connection between breath and body. This integration of yoga encourages flexibility, strength, and a deepened awareness of the present moment.

Qigong Vitality

Infused with the ancient Chinese art of qigong, this class introduces practices that cultivate the flow of vital energy, or Qi. Through gentle movements, breath awareness, and visualization, participants tap into their inner wellspring of vitality, promoting a sense of balance and harmony within.

Meditation & Breathwork

Delve into the tranquil realms of meditation and breathwork to nurture a calm and centred state of mind. Explore various techniques to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and inner stillness. Learn to harness the power of the breath as a bridge to the present moment, promoting relaxation and clarity of thought.
