Uplifting, energising and nurturing, our Dynamic Flow classes will expand the horizons of your yoga practice, exploring new postures and sequences. Through creatively choreographed sequences moving with the breath, you will build strength, stamina and flexibility, letting the body flow in new directions.
The classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath – people connect with their breath and find that inward focus. Expect variations on traditional poses including vinyasas, twists, arm balancing poses, backbends and inversions as well as longer holds at the end to get deeper into a more introspective practice.
Flow classes do not have a set sequence, so no two classes are ever the same – and often the sequences are creative and playful!

Depending on the teacher, our Dynamic Flow Yoga classes include influences from Rocket and/or Dharma styles of yoga and are suitable for all level yogis with options for the more advanced. Combining strong poses with a sprinkling of meditation and relaxation, you will leave these classes a more positive, healthier version of you.
All levels are welcome, but some experience of yoga is beneficial.
