Our Alternative Friday Night Out series invites you to unwind, reconnect and recharge in a welcoming space. Each week offers a unique experience – from grounding breathwork sessions and soulful women’s circles to yoga designed specifically for men, and deep healing evenings like The Reset & Renew Session, which blends meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.
Step away from the usual, take part in meaningful practice, and connection. Most evenings will include time for tea, snacks and chat.
This is your space to nourish body, mind and spirit – away from the noise and closer to yourself.
Our Breathwork Session...
Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing blocked energy, accessing deep emotions, and awakening a profound sense of inner peace and contentment. In these sessions, Emma will guide you through a variety of breathwork techniques and practices designed to support healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space – encouraged to connect with the innate power of your breath and explore the wisdom it holds. Together, we’ll journey through different breath styles
and elemental energy archetypes to awaken parts of ourselves that may have been dormant.
Breathwork can lead to deep inner alchemy, expanded awareness, and even superconscious states. These sessions invite curiosity, play, and exploration, allowing your breath to guide you home to your higher self.
Each session will gently close with a restorative Yoga Nidra practice, accompanied by sound, to help you soften, ground, and integrate the experience.
What to expect:

About Emma Landolt
Emma is an experienced yoga teacher & ceremonial space holder, passionate about teaching the magic and ritual of breath, movement & meditation. Her spaces are healing & joyful.
Emma has lead women’s circles and retreats with the medicine of Cacao for the past 3 years and has developed a deep connection to this ancient healing plant. She uses powerful breathwork and the deep liminal space of yoga nidra to help us let go of mind conditioning and journey deep into the heart. Emma’s circles welcome delight & creativity, soothing the mind, revitalising the body & nourishing the soul.
Emma has had a dedicated yoga practice for 20 years. She is a Senior Experienced teacher with over 1000 hours of training and has been teaching and sharing her practice for 10 years, exploring the synergy of shamanic teachings of South America, Celtic pagan earth magic and the precious wisdom of the Yoga path.
