Our Friday Alternative Night Out series invites you to unwind, reconnect and recharge in a welcoming space. Each week offers a unique experience – from grounding breathwork sessions and soulful women’s circles to yoga designed specifically for men, and deep healing evenings like The Reset & Renew Session, which blends meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.

Step away from the usual, take part in meaningful practice, and connection. Most evenings will include time for tea, snacks and chat.

This is your space to nourish body, mind and spirit – away from the noise and closer to yourself.

Our Reset & Renew Session...

This session offers a nurturing space to reset and renew, combining the soothing practices of Yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), sound and Reiki energy healing. 

The focus is on deeply relaxing both the mind and body, helping you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your inner peace.

What to Expect:

  • Together with the calming effects of Yoga Nidra and mindful breathwork, Reiki enhances your ability to let go of tension and experience a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation.
  • The slower pace of the practice allows the body to soften and release, while breath and Reiki energy guide the mind into stillness. These practices help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, counteracting stress and cultivating a deep state of rest and inner balance.
  • Each session includes a guided Yoga Nidra meditation—often referred to as the meditative heart of yoga. This practice offers profound benefits, from improving sleep and memory to boosting creativity, as you enter a restful awareness between waking and sleeping.
  • During svansana, enjoy the healing energies of Sacred Sound & Reiki to gently release blockages and balance your body’s energy.

Life & Leadership Coach, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher

Daniela is the Shala’s Studio Director and trained Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, an EMCC Global accredited Integrative Transformational Coach grounded in Psychosynthesis, actor, voice over actor, and a Mental Health First Aider. What inspires her is seeing the beauty and potential emerge in those she works with in whatever capacity that is.

With over a decade of experience in holding space for personal growth and healing, Daniela brings a unique blend of embodied presence, holistic awareness and what she lovingly calls “therapy-lite” – a compassionate, holistic and non-clinical approach to self-discovery and transformation. Her work weaves together coaching, breath, sound, meditation and energy work to guide people back to their wholeness.
