Our Alternative Night Out series is your invitation to wind down the week in a way that feels positive — not just in the moment, but in a way that will set you up to make the most of your weekend.

Each Friday offers something a little different: from grounding breathwork and soulful women’s circles, to yoga for men, sound journeys, somatic movement, and deeply restorative sessions combining meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.

Think of it as a reset with the focus on YOU

Instead of noise, you’ll find quiet. . . 
Instead of small talk, meaningful connection. . . 
Instead of draining your energy, you’ll fill your cup.

There’s usually time to share tea, snacks, and conversation — or just be.

Our Healing Session...

This workshop is a healing session. You”ll be guided through meditation, breath, Reiki, and sound-infused rest. Soften into stillness and listen to what the body, heart, and spirit are ready to receive.

What to Expect:

 

  • Somatic Release & Breath Ritual – Gentle movement and breathwork.
  • Yoga Nidra –a long yogic sleep to reset and renew
  • Sound & Reiki Infused Rest – Lie back and receive. Reiki energy is offered by invitation only; you’ll be guided to open silently if you wish to receive. Reiki enhances your ability to let go of tension and experience a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation.

Please Bring: 

A water bottle, layered clothing, an eye pillow – anything you need to feel warm and comfortable when laying down.

  • Props are used throughout to support comfort and deepen relaxation, making this class suitable for all ages and experience levels.
  • Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll benefit from this restorative, mindful approach.

Life & Leadership Coach, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher

Daniela is the Shala’s Studio Director and trained Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, an EMCC Global accredited Integrative Transformational Coach grounded in Psychosynthesis, actor, voice over actor, and a Mental Health First Aider. What inspires her is seeing the beauty and potential emerge in those she works with in whatever capacity that is.

With over a decade of experience in holding space for personal growth and healing, Daniela brings a unique blend of embodied presence, holistic awareness and what she lovingly calls “therapy-lite” – a compassionate, holistic and non-clinical approach to self-discovery and transformation. Her work weaves together coaching, breath, sound, meditation and energy work to guide people back to their wholeness.
