Fire & Intention | A Dynamic Year-End Practice

Join us for a two-hour Dynamic Flow designed to clear out the old and create space for fresh inspiration as we move into the new year. We’ll begin with grounding pranayama to settle the mind and set clear intentions, before igniting the body through a strong, breath-led flow that awakens energy and builds heat from the inside out.

Richard Knight  |  Thursday 1 January  | 10:00-11:45 AM  |  £30

Expect creative sequencing, playful arm balances, twists, and backbends to challenge your strength and expand your range of movement — all while staying deeply connected to the rhythm of your breath. As we flow, we’ll symbolically release the weight of the past year, embracing challenge as a path to growth and transformation.

We’ll complete the practice with an extended closing sequence and deep rest to integrate your experience, anchor your intentions, and leave you feeling renewed, grounded, and ready to step into the new year with clarity and purpose.
