The Shala is a well-respected yoga centre offering a daily schedule of dynamic and restorative Yoga. Our classes include a range of styles from Aerial Yoga to Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Dharma, Jivamukti and Rocket. The centre is located in West Norwood, within easy reach of much of South London including Tulse Hill, Dulwich, Brixton, Herne Hill, Streatham and Crystal Palace.
