Donation-based community classes led by recent graduates from the Shala School of Yoga. Classes are free to attend and we invite a suggested donation of £5 to support one of our chosen charities.

A Short Film on the Benefits of Yoga
The Shala is a well-respected yoga and Pilates centre offering a daily schedule of dynamic and restorative Yoga and Pilates classes. The centre is located in West Norwood, within easy reach of much of South London including Tulse Hill, Dulwich, Brixton, Herne Hill, Streatham and Crystal Palace.
