Start your day with intention, focus, and revitalised energy. This class is designed to gently awaken the body and mind, guiding you into a state of presence and clarity.
We begin with grounding postures to set an intention and reconnect with ourselves, cultivating awareness of breath and movement. As we transition into a smooth, uplifting flow, we move with mindfulness, allowing each breath to guide us through fluid and engaging sequences that gradually open and energize the body.
The practice then evolves into deeper, expansive postures that encourage strength, balance, and openness. Towards the end, we slow down with longer-held poses to restore calmness and integrate the benefits of the practice, concluding with savasana to set a clear and centered tone for the day ahead.
Rooted in both philosophical and somatic approaches, this holistic practice nurtures both body and mind, offering a space for reflection, focus, and renewal.
