Peace of Mind | Mindfulness & Meditation | IN STUDIO
Charli Van Ness | 1-3 May 2026 | Price: £495
We live in a society that is fast-paced, pressured, digital, and often sedentary. This training provides tools to support others by teaching you how to share inspiring practices rooted in Dhyana (Meditation), Dharana (Mindfulness), Yoga Nidra (Yogic Rest), and Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga). These methods focus on bringing stillness to the mind, rest to the body, and connection to a sense of inner calm and authentic self.
Attending this course is a unique opportunity to explore teaching practices that may help: improve mood, foster emotional balance, enhance self-awareness, and encourage qualities like kindness and compassion. The module also includes tools to support focus, relaxation, and adaptability. These teachings can be shared with individuals with mobility challenges, including wheelchair users.
This course can be taken as a stand-alone course or if you attend 4 or more days from the Inspire & Ingite Series, it can be allocated as a 30-hour elective module on our 300-hour yoga teacher training programme.
