Join us for a different kind of Friday night.
Our Friday Alternative Night Out series invites you to unwind, reconnect and recharge in a welcoming space. Each week offers a unique experience – from grounding breathwork sessions to soulful women’s circles, yoga designed specifically for men, somatics, sound, restorative yoga, and deep healing evenings that blend meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.
Step away from the usual, take part in meaningful practice, and connection. Most evenings will include time for tea, snacks and chat.
This is your space to nourish body, mind and spirit – away from the noise of the city and closer to yourself.
