Day 1 – The Foundations of Cyclical Living & Ayurveda for Menstrual Health

To join this 3-day training there is a preliminary course on Cyclical Living which sets the groundwork for the course itself. This content includes 12 hours of recorded video material, Manual PDF Booklet, Audio Recordings, Playlists. The course (RRP £135) is included as part of the resources for this training for no additional cost and it is mandatory that you have done this part of the course before the in studio sessions. You will receive access on booking the course. 


Day 2 | Holistic Healing for Endometriosis, PCOS & PMDD

 

The emotional and mental body play an integral role in menstrual and hormonal health. Many reproductive conditions are not just physical—they are deeply connected to the nervous system, past experiences, emotional stress, and the way we process life. This day is about exploring the emotional and mental aspects of menstrual health while integrating Ayurvedic wisdom, modern science, and energetic healing.

Whether the goal is to ease menstrual challenges, enhance fertility, or optimize overall well-being, this step-by-step approach ensures sustainable, deep-rooted transformation.

Charli Van Ness Biography

Teacher Trainer, E-RYT-500 hours

Charli teaches Classes, Workshops, Teacher Trainings Retreats to the community of all ages, especially to those who are vulnerable or in recovery. She has been teaching since 2005 and is an E-RYT 500hrs Yoga Teacher. She has run her own RYS 200hrs Teacher Training School since 2007 and collaborates with the Shala School of Yoga on our 200-hour Teacher Training Course for those wishing to become teachers or for self development. Being a YACEP Provider, Charli also runs short CPD Courses – KulaKids Teacher Training, Padme Humm Sound Healing CPD Training + Women’s Wellbeing CPD Training. Charli is in absolute JOY when sharing her healing modality ‘Sound Energy Medicine’ (VibroAcoustic Therapy) + Womb Mandala Healing delivered in Groups, Privately + to accompany Art Therapy and Massage Therapists in Treatments. 

Charli is a mamma to 4 children, 2 dogs + devoted to her life partner Matt. Off the mat her aim is to live a life full of heart, compassion, creativity, empathy with an ethical ethos in everything she does….whether its making a fire, getting messy in the kitchen, climbing the walls, walking in the forest, to dancing her heart out with family + friends. Living a simple but full life in East Sussex. Olivia Fallon Biography

YA Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Period Coach & Aura Mediator

Olivia is a highly qualified and motivational Menstrual Health Specialist. Olivia is deeply passionate about supporting women in reclaiming their menstrual health and wellbeing. With a rich and varied background, she combines holistic approaches to address hormone imbalances to come to balance naturally.

Having led Classes, Workshops and Wellbeing Programs across the globe she has impacted thousands of peoples lives with her wellbeing practices. She has been teaching yoga for 15 years and has gone on to gain CPD’s in other modalities, which has all contributed to her becoming the practitioner she is today.

Olivia has trained specifically in Menstrual Health going from the more spiritual trainings of the Priestess Apprentice to focusing on the body and more scientific practices becoming Certified as a Period Coach, FEMM Instructor (Fertility Awareness Method) and IIN Hormone Health Coach.

From a diverse background she has a wealth & breadth of knowledge from years of dedication to self development. This shows up in the way she continually evolves and educates herself to passionately share this wisdom with others.

Olivia has mindfully crafted bespoke coaching packages for Endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD and more, and inspires people to explore Intuitive Cyclical Living. Olivia has been living intentionally with her menstrual cycle through which she birthed the New World Women Collective (www.newworldwomencollective.com). The NWWC was created to enhance the power of women supporting women, and our mission is to foster a global network rooted in health, wellbeing, and mutual support. The NWWC community is a sanctuary where every woman can connect, learn, and grow alongside her sisters. Through a rich array of resources, education, and weekly live classes, we strive to inspire every woman to reclaim her inner wisdom and nurture her wellbeing.

Olivia loves to travel with her husband who is embracing life as an adventurous, childfree couple. They thrive on connecting with friends, spending quality time with loved ones, and exploring the world together. Olivia also loves to learn and adores books; her book collection is quite impressive!
