We need to support our community with teaching, sharing and inspiring those with Dhyana (Meditation), Dharana (Mindfulness), Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) and Nada Yoga (Yoga Sound) focusing on bringing stillness to the mind, rest to the body and return back to source, the true self.
Attending this module is a unique opportunity to learn to teach tools to: relieve pain and ailments, improve mood, alleviate depression, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, reduce stress, control anxiety, promote emotional health, enhance self-awareness, lengthen attention span, reduce age related memory loss, generate kindness, fight addiction, decrease blood pressure, reduce feelings of loneliness and provide rest for those in palliative care. The teachings are also suitable for those with mobility challenges including wheelchair users.
