As a dedicated community yoga studio, we’ve been nurturing individuals from in utero through motherhood and the various stages of life. Among the classes we offer, our pregnancy yoga and Mum & Baby sessions stand out as some of our most joyful and vital offerings, playing a pivotal role for many women in this transformative phase of life.
Pregnancy Yoga nurtures the mind-body connection during this special time. Tailored postures support your and your baby’s growth, preparing you for birth and a consistent practice may help to shorten labor and lead to a smoother delivery.
Ante-Natal Yoga fosters support and well-being from 12 weeks onward. It blends yoga for pregnancy with childbirth education, creating a nurturing space for healthy pregnancy and positive birthing experiences. Join a community of expectant mothers from West Norwood, Dulwich, Streatham, Herne Hill, Crystal Palace, and nearby areas.
Led by Alexa Dean and Harriet Bone, classes offer a warm, inviting atmosphere with music, connection, and relaxation for you and your baby.

Mummy & Me Club: Baby Massage
Our Mummy & Me club offers intimate sessions for mums & babies to learn baby massage and yoga, focusing on connection and presence. The classes provide a relaxed, supportive environment for quality parent-baby time, imparting a valuable life skill.
Every other week in Baby Massage, you’ll learn to:
- Relax the diaphragm for full breathing
- Increase flexibility in hips and shoulders
- Strengthen back, arms, and legs for sitting and standing.
Mummy & Me Club: Mother & Baby Yoga
On the alternate weeks the focus will be on Mum & Baby Yoga to connect with your baby, aid post-natal recovery, and bond with fellow mothers.
Rhymes and movement enhance baby’s well-being, while postures tone muscles, support the back, and boost energy.
All in a loving, joyful atmosphere. This class complements your journey into parenthood, evolving from Pregnancy Yoga to early baby months.
