How Our Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Programme Works

200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course | Level 1 

Our yoga teacher training begins with this 200-hour intensive course. Our carefully crafted, Yoga Alliance-accredited programme and knowledgeable, committed teaching staff will help students develop their yoga skills and knowledge. The course looks at the many facets of yoga, from the physical practises of asana, pranayama, kriya, and anatomy to the psychological, philosophical, and spiritual aspects of the practise.

300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course | Level 2
