Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Rose first discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga over 15 years ago and was immediately struck by the stillness and clarity it brought her. While her early years of practice were balanced with a vibrant social life, she gradually moved towards a more consistent and sustainable yoga journey.

In 2019, Rose completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci, expanding her knowledge beyond the physical postures into the philosophical and subtle aspects of yoga. She continues her studies with them today, and is currently enrolled in a 300-hour Level 2 training at the Shala. Along the way, she has been fortunate to practise with respected teachers including Kia Naddermier, Petri Räisänen, Gingi Lee, and Norman Blair.

Rose started teaching yoga in Paris before relocating to London to study psychology – driven by a fascination with the connection between mind and body. This holistic lens deeply informs her approach to yoga, which she sees as a practice of self-inquiry, healing, and compassion. Her classes offer a safe, inclusive space where students can move with breath, without pressure to perform, and with space to explore.

Rose is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and is grateful to her teachers for continually inspiring her to learn, grow, and share.
