Hannie is a dedicated and soulful teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience and more than 25 years of personal practice. Her classes blend creative, dynamic flow with moments of deep stillness and reflection—offering a space where students can challenge themselves physically while nurturing a sense of inner connection.

With intention and breath at the heart of her teaching, Hannie is known for her warm, welcoming presence and her ability to meet students where they are. She creates a supportive environment where everyone feels safe to explore, grow, and be themselves.

Wherever she teaches, Hannie helps build strong, inclusive yoga communities rooted in connection and care. She believes the true power of yoga lies in how we carry its teachings into our daily lives—and her classes gently guide students toward a lived experience of resilience, awareness, and meaning, both on and off the mat.

Hannie has consistently trained throughout the years, but has also been dedicated to self study. Her own practice and teachings are influenced by many styles and teachers – including Strala Yoga with Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, Power Vinyasa Yoga with Dylan Ayaloo and Elemental Flow with Emma Landolt.
