Ashtanga “Mysore” Yoga Gingi is a proponent of the Mysore self practice style of teaching where yoga becomes a moving meditation where breath is synchronised to movement.
You have always been the most wonderful and generous of teachers. I feel honoured to have received the gift of yoga from you... enormous thanks for sharing this great practice with us all in London.-VJ
Sometimes we just sense without seeing or even hearing that the person we are in the presence of has a very special gift to give. Such was it as we all sat listening to Gingi Lee give a truly inspiring workshop.-NO
“ You are a most inspiring teacher; the way you cultivate focus whilst allowing and sharing joy in the practice is very inspiring. ”-TW
“ Wow wow wow Shala... I thought I knew what yoga was... I was wrong. Gingi Lee my body and spirit says thank you 🙏🏻 #grateful”-YR
“ quite literally, the best yoga class I have ever experienced. Entire body and mind felt so relaxed, refreshed and re-energised it was equivalent to a mini-break/weekend away... Thank you so much, Gingi Lee. Your soothing voice and instructions filled the class with calm and positive energy/vibes. ”-SC
Gingi shared his openness, humour, generosity of spirit, self disclosure, care, humility and strength which enabled me to explore, share and consider my own internal landscape and that of others, our motivations, morals, principals, values.Teacher Training graduate
Gingi uplifted and highlighted our innate gifts with support, encouragement and celebration. I felt respected and seen.
Gingi's teaching feedback It gave me this enormous gift of confidence, that I could see myself as a great yoga teacher right now and that this wasn’t a far off future position.
Gingi teaches with kindness, encouragement, and genuine support, which creates a positive and uplifting learning environment.
Gingi managed to hold the space for everyone and made everyone feel comfortable and secure. There was a lot of knowledge being shared, as well as facilitating individual preferences when it came to their yoga sequencing and practice. It's an incredibly difficult skill to hold a group together, lead it somewhere while allowing that level of flexibility and creativity.
