Sound Bath | Anne Malone

Our Sound Baths with the masterful musician and yogini Anne Malone offer us an immersion into the therapeutic world of sound and an effortless, yet profound way to connect with the core of our being.

These sublime sessions facilitate us to tune our bodies at a cellular level, as we relax and bathe in the exquisite healing sounds and vocal tones, to release stress and blockages. Anne incorporates Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Hang Drum, Shamanic Drum, Rainstick, Vocal Toning and Mantra …gently ‘retuning’ and replenishing us with healing sounds and song.

Sound Healing is all about vibration, resonance and intention. Sound healing strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, tunes up the glandular system and slows the brain waves down, creating sound conditions for deep relaxation and healing.

Sound baths also have an accumulative healing effect on the mind, body and spirit, inviting clarity, vibrancy, intuition and awareness to resonate within our being. Each and every sound created in Anne’s soundscape is vibration and vibration touches every cell in our body. Every sound that has loving intention is a Healing Sound. Therefore we not only hear sound, we feel it physically, emotionally and soulfully. The only side effect is happiness and harmony.

Sound Bath – Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a meditative and deeply restorative experience where you bathe in sound vibrations from instruments such as gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, hang drum, shamanic drum, and mantra. The sound waves help release stress and tension, quiet the mind, and restore harmony in body and spirit.
Do I need any experience to join?
No experience is needed, just an open heart and willingness to relax. The session is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners to meditation or yoga.
What happens during a Sound Bath session?
You simply lie down or sit comfortably and allow yourself to be immersed in layers of healing sound. Master sound practitioner Anne Malone weaves a live soundscape using gong, mantra, singing bowls and other instruments to guide you into a deeply meditative state.
What are the benefits of a Sound Bath?
Sound healing helps calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, balance the glandular system, and slow down the brain waves, creating the conditions for deep rest and renewal. Over time, sound baths can enhance clarity, vitality, emotional release, creativity, and a profound sense of inner peace.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Sound Baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people. However, if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or sound sensitivity, please consult your doctor and let your teacher know before attending.
Who leads the Sound Baths?
Our Sound Baths are led by Anne Malone, an internationally recognised musician, sound healer, and yogini. Anne's sessions are renowned for their heartfelt energy and the exquisite, multi-layered sound journey she creates.
