Imogen has taught groups and individuals of all ages and abilities, adapting practices to meet a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health needs. She completed the British Wheel of Yoga accredited and NHS-recognised 5-year True Yoga yoga therapy course with Colin Dunsmuir. She offers personalised, one-to-one support, using the tools of yoga – postures (āsana), breathwork (prāṇāyāma), meditation, and lifestyle practices – for healing, balance, and self-awareness.

Unlike general yoga classes, it is tailored to the individual and often offered one-to-one, making it suitable for a wide range of health conditions or life challenges. Rooted in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, yoga therapy adapts ancient practices to meet modern needs with care and precision.Yoga therapy may support you with:
