- Read “The Body Keeps the Score” by Bessel Van Der Kolk
VIRTUAL LIVESTREAM | Practicalities
- The zoom link will be sent out one hour before the session starts.
- Please do check your mailboxes as it may go to a spam/social/promotions folder.
- Make sure the correct name is on your Zoom
- Use the “raised hand” if you wish to speak
- Keep yourself on MUTE at all times except when invited to speak
- Be mindful of whether you’re talking more than others to allow quieter members of the group to contribute
- Please also use the CHAT function to the whole group or to the tutor only if needs be
- Keep your camera on if you are comfortable to do so as this creates a safer space for all
- Sessions will be recorded for replay, with access restricted to registered participants. Your face will not appear on-screen. Any discussions in breakout rooms(if there will be any) will not be recorded.”
- Wear Yoga practice comfortable attire on the first day as you will be practicing with Ellie
