- if there’s a “peak pose” was the body well prepared for it?
- was the whole body included?
- was there enough time to warm up/cool down?
- did the class feel good physically, mentally, energetically?

IN STUDIO | Access to the Shala & Studio Etiquette
- The access code to the door at street level is 0119 (there are two keypads at the door, please use the keypad on the right)
- The access code to the door on the third floor is C1045 (top lock)
- If the door does not open, then the bottom lock is locked, and you will need to wait until a member of staff arrives
- Please save these codes on your phone. A member of staff may not be available to let you in if you are running late, etc.
- You can read more useful information (including transportation and food and accommodation recommendations) from the button link below

- please refrain from mobile phone usage in the studios
