  • Day 2 | Saturday 24 January 2026 | 10am–6pm
  • Day 3 | Sunday 25 January 2026 | 10am–6pm
  • Day 4 | Monday 26 January 2026 | 10am–6pm

Course Preparation

  • Day 1: Reflect on What is Yoga to You? Why are you doing yoga as opposed to another physical movement practice?
  • Day 2: Reflect on a real life teaching experience where you were challenged, this could be due to a student being mentally unstable, injured in class, taking offence, feeling out of their depth etc, specifically we would like to hear how you handled it and what you learnt from that situation and if the situation feels unresolved, we will also consider looking at suggestions of what else you might have done in the situation
    • Also reflect on your strengths/qualities as a teacher and areas for development, note these down and bring with you for small group discussion
  • Day 3: Bring a piece of inspiration to share – this can be a poem, reading, song or anything else that inspires you that could be shared in class
  • Day 4: Bring a recommendations of a podcast, piece of research, book that has made an impact on you as a yoga practitioner/teacher and an Intention setting for 2026 relating to your teachings
Pre-Course Videos: This course includes a video library rather than a manual. You have access to this HERE (please log into your momence account and click on the link to access the videos). It is helpful for you to view the Science videos ahead of meeting.

Note that there is no written or practical “test’ and you don’t have to “prove” anything, rather, we are interested in seeing that you have gained an understanding and knowledge that you can apply to each individual student depending on their needs. You are not expected to perform, rather to learn and to spark your interest in embarking or continuing on this fascinating journey as a yoga teacher.

They are here to ensure your livestream runs as smoothly as possible, so please feel free to make use of their support.

HYBRID course

  • Hybrid courses have the option to choose an IN STUDIO experience or to attend the same course via VIRTUAL LIVESTREAM
  • We do not offer the option to do a mixture of In Studio and Livestream on one course.
  • If you book a course and wish to switch from LIVESTREAM ONLINE to IN STUDIO, or vice versa, this is sometimes possible (space permitting). We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the course start and there is an admin fee of £25 to switch.
  • Please note that the admin fee is applicable in all circumstances without exception.
  • It is difficult to predict which format students will opt for when a course is offered as a HYBRID course. As a result, we reserve the right to make a HYBRID course IN STUDIO only or LIVESTREAM only if the demand is not there for one format. If this is the case, you will be offered the option to transfer to the single format or be refunded.
