Our yoga workshops are hosted in one of three serene yoga spaces designed for mind-body practices.
The Mysore studio was created with serenity in mind. It is warm, light and spacious with its large windows and wooden beams. This peaceful room is perfect for our diverse programme of workshops that range from yin, nidra, sound healing, aerial, breathwork and more.
The Hampi studio accommodates a high ceiling, large windows and wooden floors. This studio allows for Aerial yoga.
Our smallest studio is the Pushkar studio which offers peace and intimacy.
We offer a variety of yoga workshops in West Norwood that are easily accessible to Bromley locals. No matter your skill level or experience, you can find a workshop to learn more and deep your understanding of yoga.
Hips & Spine – An Ashtanga Second Series Workshop- In this workshop, we explore the dynamic connections between breath, movement and focused attention. We will also take a look at the fundamentals of the practice including posture and flow.
Holistic Birth Journey (Couples Workshop) – This workshop will support parents in developing a strong bond with their child during this important time. The birthing companion will learn how to support the mother as effectively as possible utilising their own body and various birthing aids.
Arms Balances- An Exploration – This playful workshop allows you to discover your own strength and capabilities. You will learn some interesting and new techniques that will challenge you and take your yoga to another level.
Kirtan – Devotional Mantra Workshop – This serene workshop combines music and meditation to unlock a world of peace and mindfulness. This class is designed to uplift the mental state and open up the heart. With the help of chanting, this meditation will promote ease and tranquility in your mind.
