Beginners Flow Yoga– It’s never too late to start yoga. Our beginner’s yoga classes are open and accessible to all, with friendly yoga teachers who will gently guide you through postures, breathing and meditation with options to accommodate different bodies and abilities.
Ashtanga Yoga – Experience the freedom of ashtanga vinyasa yoga and open your mind, body, and heart to this form of moving meditation. We offer led ashtanga classes and “self practice” classes, which empower you to move through the set ashtanga sequence at your own pace and rhythm, claiming the practice as your own and allowing your focus to go inwards.
Pregnancy Yoga – Nourishing mind, body and soul, our pregnancy classes support, inform and empower women through pregnancy, towards a conscious and positive birth experience.
Aerial Yoga – Explore yoga’s playful and creative side with Aerial Yoga, also known as Anti-gravity yoga. In this practice, you’ll be supported by a low-hanging hammock, experiencing a state of ease, peace, and profound relaxation. Aerial Yoga offers the serenity and tranquility of mat-based yoga poses that target areas of stress and tension.
