Our Mothering Circle includes time for sharing, guided meditation, movement, mantra, breathwork, and affirmations with the intention of learning new practical practices to take home to nourish yourself and your family.
For many moons, women have gathered in circles to create a sacred space in which to connect with a supportive feminine community. In these circles, they have practiced compassion, worked to build a network of support and connection, felt heard, listened, nurtured and deepened their self-knowledge.
At our Mothering Circle at the Shala, we sit together and welcome one another just as we are. We will each have times when we will feel insecure, and times where we can celebrate each other's successes. The Mothering Circle is there to create time to share our feelings and open our hearts.
The workshop will close with tea and nourishing treats after the chance to meet new friends on the path of motherhood.
Our circle is open to mothers of all motherhood experiences, and to levels of movement, mediation and spiritual practice.
Babies and children are a blessing and are honoured as such, we can accommodate a few babies in arms and pre-crawlers into our Circle should you need to bring your little one. If you are bringing your baby, please drop us an email to let us know as there is a limit on how many we can have in the room.
