A Shared Yet Personal Space

The studio near Herne Hill opens early, giving you time to arrive and settle before beginning. Some choose to start with quiet meditation before following a set sequence, beginning with sun salutations to warm the body. We encourage each person to Practice individually so as a collective, we can build a warm and calming environment.  You’re welcome to join for just a short practice or to stay for the full session.
