The Shala is one of very few London yoga centres offering Aerial Yoga, also known as Anti-Gravity Yoga,. In this exciting new realm of yoga traditional yoga postures are explored in 360 degrees with the use of an aerial swing. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, these classes and workshops promise a both exhilarating and profoundly relaxing experience. With the guidance of our aerial yoga teachers, you’ll discover endless possibilities within the aerial swings – from dynamic sequences, to a being rocked and cocooned gently in the swing.
