Our self-practice format follows the Mysore-style Ashtanga tradition. That means you’re free to move at your own pace, following a memorised sequence, with one-to-one guidance available throughout the session. Our self-practice Ashtanga classes offer support if needed but ultimately the practice is yours. Gentle, powerful and personal.
The autonomous structure of these classes allows a more sustainable relationship with yoga, as it helps you develop discipline, awareness, and a routine that truly fits your body and lifestyle.
All Levels Welcome
You don’t need to be experienced or even know the sequence by heart. Many students start with a short section of the sequence and build slowly over time. If you’re an experienced yogi, the studio offers the quiet rhythm needed for deeper focus.
Everyone in the room practices independently, but the collective atmosphere is peaceful and grounded. It’s a chance to start your day in silence and presence, free from rush or noise.
