Postnatal Yoga
This postnatal class is designed for mums who are ready to gradually re-engage with physical practice after birth. It offers a supportive space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and release areas of common postnatal tension – particularly in the core, pelvic floor, shoulders, back, and hips.
While babies are welcome in the room (on a blanket nearby), this is not a mum-and-baby interactive class. The focus is entirely on you.
The practice includes functional movement, breathwork, and postnatal-specific strength and mobility work, with modifications to suit different stages of recovery. Expect a balance of dynamic and restorative postures.
