Introducing the power and potency of yoga to new students can be one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching. - How and why we need to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for students
- How to approach sequencing for beginners with strategies for both form and flow-based classes
- How to teach beginners online
- How to create a curriculum of classes for new students/li>
- How to introduce basic breathwork
- Sharpening your verbal cues so they are even more effective
- Refining your observation and demonstration skills
