Nathalie began her Yoga Practice in 1997 with Gingi Lee. She then travelled to India over several years in order to learn yoga and yoga philosophy from the source. She began teaching full time in 1999 and teaching has been her full-time occupation ever since. Nathalie’s main teachers are Gingi Lee, Sharath Jois, John Scott and Lucy Crawford. Nathalie teaches a broad range of classes including Hatha, Sivananda, Hatha Flow, Restorative, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pre-natal, Kids, Family, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation and Pilates Matwork. She mixes her vast teaching experience with her extensive knowledge of the body, and her natural down-to-earth and intuitive approach to the yoga practice. Her classes are dynamic, relaxing and full of insight and humour. She continually expands her knowledge of teaching with her vision to bring yoga (& well-being) to as many people as possible in the simplest and most accessible way.
Nathalie is also trained in Ayurvedic Counselling, Nutrition & Ayurveda for Women, Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking in addition to being trained with Yotopia in dynamic flow yoga including basic principles of fascial anatomy, basic fascial touch, adjustments and movement.
