The Shala is a well-respected yoga and Pilates centre offering a range of workshops to explore mind body practices from breath work to meditation, mindfulness and yin yoga. The centre is located in West Norwood, 20 minutes train from Victoria and London Bridge and within easy reach of much of South London including Tulse Hill, Clapham, Brixton, Streatham, Crystal Palace and Croydon.
