Yoga practice is about connection to self and connection to others. We each and all live in a world of threads that are binding. Many of us are blessed by healthy bodies and lives of relative luxury. It is good to give. With that at our heart, the Shala and Norman Blair will be running a  Yin Yoga Workshop and a full counted Ashtanga Yoga class on the 28th December, where all money raised will be donated to the Child Refugee Crisis Appeal. Join us for a day of giving back as a yoga community.

Yin Yoga Workshop with Norman Blair | 3–6pm | Book from Yin Yoga Workshop page | Suggested minimum donation £30

Full Counted Ashtanga Class with Gingi Lee | 9.30–11am | Book from Shala schedule page| Suggested minimum donation £10–£15

The events are bookable from the Shala website (at no charge) and we request that donations to the appeal are then made via the Shala’s Just Giving page (which will allow you to add gift aid).
