Our Reset & Renew Yoga class offers a nurturing space to reset and renew, combining the soothing practices of Yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and Reiki energy healing. The focus is on deeply relaxing both the mind and body, helping you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your inner peace.

Deep Healing & Relaxation

Reiki is integrated throughout the class to support the flow of healing energy, gently releasing blockages and balancing your body’s energy. Together with the calming effects of Yoga Nidra and mindful breathwork, Reiki enhances your ability to let go of tension and experience a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation.

The slower pace of the practice allows the body to soften and release, while breath and Reiki energy guide the mind into stillness. These practices help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, counteracting stress and cultivating a deep state of rest and inner balance.

Each class includes a guided Yoga Nidra meditation—often referred to as the meditative heart of yoga. This practice offers profound benefits, from improving sleep and memory to boosting creativity, as you enter a restful awareness between waking and sleeping.
