Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Class

Uplifting and energising, our Dynamic Vinyasa classes will expand the horizons of your Yoga practice, exploring new postures and sequences. Through creatively choreographed sequences you will build strength, stamina and flexibility. Expect variations on traditional poses including vinyasas, twists, balancing poses, backbends and inversions, all done to music to help you get into your flow.
Each teacher brings their own personality and style of yoga to the class. View our schedule below and find out more about the style of a specific class by clicking on the teacher’s name. Depending on the teacher, our Dynamic Vinyasa classes include influences from Rocket and/or Dharma styles of yoga and are suitable for intermediate level yogis with options for the more advanced, they are not suitable for beginners. Combining strong poses with a sprinkling of meditation and relaxation, you will leave these classes a more positive, healthier version of you.
We recommend practicing in a warm (but not excessively hot) environment at around 22ºC, which is ideal for safely encouraging flexibility and allowing a gentle detoxification process.
