Vision 2026 | making real the dream
We invite you into a sacred space to welcome the new year in ceremony and celebration. We welcome you into a sanctuary to soften, to listen, and to attune to the luminous vision of the year that awaits you.
Emma Landolt | Thursday 1 January | 12:00-3:30 PM | £60
Slow movement and Yin Yoga help to release the old and soothe the nervous system, then journaling calls forward the vision of 2026.
A cup of ceremonial cacao infused with Blue Lotus opens the heart and inner sight, preparing us for meditation and a powerful Breathwork activation melts emotional weight and awakens clarity and bliss.
We then journey into Yoga Nidra, resting in the liminal space where intentions root deeply, carried by a healing soundscape of bowls, gong and chimes.
We close in reflection, sharing our visions and intentions.
Included in this session
- A delicious cup of ceremonial cacao — infused with Blue Lotus flowers — will open the next chapter of our journey.
- Blue Lotus, the ancient Egyptian medicine of dreaming and inner sight, soothes inflammation, eases anxiety and supports meditation and sleep.
- Cacao, the gentle heart-medicine, awakens inner wisdom, steadies the mind, and lifts serotonin — guiding us into contentment and connection.
- A meditation and a powerful breathwork activation - moving stagnant energy, melting emotional weight, and opening pathways of clarity, insight and bliss.
- We then descend into Yoga Nidra, the ancient Tantric practice of awakened sleep - a liminal space where the veil thins, where intentions can root deeply, and where guidance, healing and intuition arise organically. Here, we rest in a fertile dreamscape accompanied by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, vision drum, shruti, box chimes and gong - a soothing soundscape to cleanse, harmonise and elevate the energetic field.
- We close in shared reflection, with space to speak intentions, visions and experiences from the heart - and perhaps pull an oracle card for the onward path ahead.
