The Bodyrolling Session | An Alternative Friday Night Out
with Gingi Lee | 7:30 - 9:-00 pm | Friday 17 October 2025 | Price: £22
Our Friday Alternative Night Out series is your invitation to wind down the week in a way that feels positive — not just in the moment, but in a way that will set you up to make the most of your weekend.
Each Friday offers something a little different: from grounding breathwork and soulful women’s circles, to yoga for men, sound journeys, somatic movement, and deeply restorative sessions combining meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.
Think of it as a reset with the focus on YOU.
Instead of noise, you’ll find quiet.
Instead of small talk, meaningful connection.
Instead of draining your energy, you’ll fill your cup.
There’s usually time to share tea, snacks, and conversation — or just be.
Come as you are. Leave nourished and more connected to self and others.
Our Restorative Bodyroling Session ... Ground. Breath. Reset
This session offers a gentle introduction to Yamuna Bodyrolling – a unique self-care practice using soft balls to release tension, elongate muscles, free the spine, and realign the body from the inside out.
Similar to a deep tissue massage but entirely self-guided, Bodyrolling empowers you to restore balance and ease throughout your body, improving circulation, flexibility, and overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and levels, it’s a powerful way to unwind, prevent pain, and reconnect with a sense of spaciousness, vitality, and calm.
What to expect:
- Guided full-body release using soft Yamuna balls
- Gentle, accessible movements suitable for all levels
- Deep tension release and improved alignment
- A feeling of lightness, space, and ease in the body
Time to rest, integrate, and reconnect before heading into the weekend
Why Bodyrolling?
- wherever there is pain, contraction, tightness, inflammation, atrophy or nerve pain, this is in general caused by lack of space
- the body has a natural logic and muscles release from origin to insertion.
- YBR re-educates each muscle to release into its optimal space
- YBR involves stimulation of the bone. Gentle pressure to bone will initiate release of tendons, which will rapidly create positive structural changes
- YBR reorganises the structure of the body so that it can function optimally
