Being Socially Engaged | Taking Our Practice Off the Mat & Into Our Daily Lives
3:30 - 5:30 pm | Friday 15 December 2023 | Price: FREE
with Norman Blair
In this two-hour workshop session, we will explore what does it mean to be socially engaged as a yoga practitioner:
How can we make a difference to this world in which we are all living?
Where can we be taking our practices?
This is about dialogue based on clear seeing that aspires towards co-operative thriving and community connections. All are welcome.
This workshop is free. Should you wish, donations may be made to the Prison Phoenix Trust.
Spaces are limited to 16 to encourage a working together approach.
