Just getting started with yoga or coming back from a break?
Whether you’re a yoga novice or returning after a hiatus, this workshop is designed to guide you in establishing the fundamentals of a yoga routine and delving into its ancient philosophical roots.
- Learn a range of asanas (yoga postures) and how to effectively use props, with alignment as the emphasis.
- Explore standing poses, forward & back bending, twists and some basic inversions.
- Focus on breath and alignment to create a stable and safe practice and time will be given to explore short sequences, experiencing how the practice can become a moving meditation.
