In our final free Menopause webinar Ligia Cannon from the Breathing Institute will discuss the protocol that she and Ben Wolff have devised to support women through the menopause and perimenopause. She will discuss their unique approach, which looks through the lenses of Breath, Physiology, Neuroscience, Chronobiology, and Clinical Hypnotherapy, to alleviate up to 80 percent of the unwanted feelings, moods, brain fog, pains, and temperature fluctuations. There will also be an opportunity for a short Q & A.

These free webinars provide an introduction to our Help for Menopause Course in April, which is designed to support those who are affected by the menopause and perimenopause. It also provides an introduction to our 30-hour CPD Training for those working professionally with menopausal and perimenopausal women, be it as a healthcare professional, therapist, carer, teacher or in any other capacity.

We do not offer medical diagnosis or advice, nor miracle cures. Instead we are looking to share practical ways to approach the myriad symptoms of Covid and Long Covid, what has worked for many people, in a world where there are currently few recommendations.
If in any doubt whatsoever please consult a doctor or other appropriate medical professional to check that these practices are suitable for you and your condition. No diagnosis is being offered at these workshops.
