When it comes to anxiety and stress, the founder of the  The Breathing Institute, Ben Wolff and Breathing Institute founder member Sarah Noordewier (see below) have experience and practical tools to share, which reduce, release, remove and sooth the frazzled brain. They teach unique techniques influenced by clinical hypnotherapy, breath work and neuroscience to help you gain mastery over your internal world. These effective tools, which have been life changing for many, will play a part in soothing your anxious brain, dissolving stress and improving mood, putting you back in control. 

During this workshop we will also be touching on some common myths around stress and the nervous system. Tools learnt in this workshop are designed to help:

  • reduce anxiety 
  • sooth the over stimulated mind 
  • relieve stress 
  • improve mood 
  • release tension 

This workshop it not suitable for anyone with serious mental health conditions – for this medical intervention should be sought.

Sarah Noordewier

Mother to three teenagers, Sarah is an experienced yoga teacher, who has practised yoga since she was a small child. Sarah teaches adults and teens from her studio on Dartmoor in Devon.

Sarah trained with friends of yoga (500hrs), Yoga Nidra Network and Norman Blair. It is through Norman that she discovered Ben Wolff, who became her teacher. Prior to meeting Ben, Sarah has gone through life suffering debilitating migraine and anxiety and thanks to the techniques she learnt from Ben, she no longer has either.

Having a fascination with science and the breath, Sarah was excited to graduate from to the Breathing School and to be collaborating with Ben in becoming one of the first teachers to share these incredible tools.
