One of the most gratifying things to come out of running our Breathing School is the fertile grounds for collaborations with incredible people working in many different arenas. We have heard not only of their successes in their fields, but also of their frustrations and why they are looking to Breathwork to support and enhance the work they are already doing. The breath very often gives us new ways of helping popular therapies and interventions, making them even better in new and surprising ways.
The brilliant nutritionist Amanda Morley articulated to us some of the difficulties that people have in applying nutritional advice for the problems they often come to see her for. When Amanda discussed with Ben about the help that people were looking for from a nutritionist, he knew he could create a complimentary non-nutrition protocol, combining the very latest in neuroscience, clinical hypnotherapy and the science of the breath, that would support any advice a good nutritionist would offer and making the advice even more powerful, effective and easy to adopt for both practitioner and client.
As a result, The Breathing Institute is delighted to introduce "The Non-Nutrition Guide To Nutrition" with Nutritionist and Breathing Institute Founder Member Amanda Morley and Breathing Institute Founder Ben Wolff.

Amanda is a Founder Member of the Breathing Institute and passionate about sharing this transformative work.
Working as a Nutritional Therapist and Yoga Teacher she was always looking for more tools to help her clients and has studied intensively to enable her to bring Breathwork, Meditation and Coaching to her work.
Fascinated by the healing power of the breath, and experiencing these benefits first hand, Amanda attended many workshops, retreats and courses leading her to train as a Breath-Body-Mind™ teacher with Dr Patricia Gerbarg and Dr Richard Brown who were a great inspiration to her. Continued curiosity to learn more led her to Ben Wolff and on to Breathing School. Here she learnt Ben’s unique practices which, being so deeply rooted in neuroscience, psychology and clinical hypnotherapy combined with the science of the breath, she has found to be extremely effective for so many people...including herself.
Amanda works in an intuitive way using these practices, along with her wealth of experience and training, to help people find healing for many conditions, including IBS, gut issues, immune support, hormone balancing and anxiety. She helps people to find a better relationship with food…and ultimately a better relationship with themselves.
