Relationships can bring great joy and meaning to our lives. They can also bring out the worst in us. Whether it is intimate relationships, family or friendships, relationships can be tricky to navigate. Patterns of disharmony often ensue and create havoc. In this workshop we will explore the nature of relationships, our communication skills and how we can deepen as well as enhance them.
We will use mindfulness based tools and practical exercises to understand and strengthen the quality of our relationships and move from alienation to closeness. The practices will be useful to friends, couples, siblings, partners, to all relationships.
Although these are individual mindfulness workshops themed each month, we encourage students to attend as many as possible to fully engage with the practice and incorporate it in your daily life.
