Sunita fell in love with yoga as soon as she stepped on her mat and hasn’t looked back - unless doing a backbend. She completed a 200 hour Hatha Yoga training with Yogahaven and a 300 hour Vinyasa training with Sampoona Yoga in India. 

'Yoga helps us centre and balance our lives in a way that keeps us naturally happy, healthy and emotionally stable. I feel very grateful I can share the magic of yoga with others'. 

Sunita classes create a friendly space where students are encouraged to move mindfully. Teaching a class based on vinyasa flow, this style of yoga encourages meditation through movement with an emphasis on the synchronisation of motion and breath.
